("Giveaway") is offered only in the United States (where legal) and is open only to legal U.S. residents (of such jurisdictions where Giveaway is lawfully offered), 18 years or older as of September 4, 2020 (21 in Alabama, Arizona, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, New Hampshire, North Dakota, and Washington). Employees, officers and directors(and their immediate families [parents, children, spouses and siblings]regardless of where they live and members of their same households [whether related or not]) of Xpressbet, LLC ("Xpressbet" or"Sponsor"), its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates and agencies; and entities engaged in the development, distribution, implementation or administration of the Giveaway are not eligible to enter.

Upon successfulregistration, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into a GiveawayDrawing for each wagering ticket (of any denomination) accepted from YourXpressbet or 1/ST BET wagering account (exclusive of refunds and cancels)within the Giveaway Period. A participant will receive the entry after Xpressbet confirmsthe accuracy and adequacy of the wager(s) and the wager transaction is recordedby Xpressbet's computers. For greater certainty, entries will NOT be deemed tohave been received at the time a participant submits a wager. Entry into theGiveaway for each day will be calculated once all racing is closed, typicallyapproximately 2:00AM Eastern Time (the following day). ‍Selecting Winners:
‍The winner of the Grand Prize, SecondPrizes and Third Prizes will be randomly selected from all eligible entriesreceived during the Giveaway Period. All drawings will be conducted by Sponsor,whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Xpressbet will attemptto notify the winner by September 29, 2020.The Grand Prize, Second Prizes andThird Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cashor any other item, and may not be substituted, transferred or assigned by thewinner. In its sole discretion however, Sponsor reserves the right tosubstitute the Grand Prize and/or Secondary Prizes with a prize of equal orgreater value if the Grand Prize or Secondary Prizes or any portion isunavailable for any reason.

‍Taxes:
‍Liability for any and all federal,state and local taxes rests solely with the prize winner. All expenses, costs,fees or additional tax associated with the acceptance and/or use of Prize arethe sole responsibility of Winner.

‍Odds of Winning:
‍Odds of winning are determined bynumber of eligible entries received during all four weeks of the GiveawayPeriod. It is estimated that 1,000,000 eligible entries will be received andthat the expected odds of winning the Grand Prize for each entry is as follows:1,000,000:1 with the expected odds of winning a Second Prize of 200,000:1 andthe expected odds of winning  Third Prizeof 20,000:1.

Grand Prize will be given to one (1)randomly chosen eligible entry, which will consist of a $10,000 Xpressbet or1/ST BET Wagering Voucher and a Preakness Shop Gift Card or Prize pack valuedat approximately $350. Wagering credit will be deposited to the entrant'sXpressbet or 1/ST BET account, and must be wagered prior to withdrawing anywinnings. Wagering vouchers are different than cash and cannot be withdrawn,redeemed or transferred. Customer has one year (365 days) to wager full $10,000wagering credit.  Unused credits (partialor full) will be retracted after 365 days.

‍Five (5) Second Prize Winners Receive:

Second-place prizes will be given to five(5) randomly chosen eligible entries, which will consist of a $1,000 Xpressbetor 1/ST BET Wagering Voucher and a Preakness Shop Gift Card or Prize packvalued at approximately $350. Wagering credits will be deposited to theentrant's Xpressbet or 1/ST BET account, and must be wagered prior towithdrawing any winnings. Wagering vouchers are different than cash and cannotbe withdrawn, redeemed or transferred. Customer has three months (90 days) towager full $1,000 wagering credit. Unused credits (partial or full) will be retracted after 90 days.  

‍Fifty (50) Third Prize Winners Receive:

Third-place prizes will be given to fifty(5) randomly chosen eligible entries, which will consist of a $100 XpressbetWagering Voucher. Wagering credit will be deposited to the entrant's Xpressbetaccount, and must be wagered prior to withdrawing any winnings. Wageringvouchers are different than cash and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed ortransferred. Customer has 30 days to wager full $100 wagering credit.  Unused credits (partial or full) will beretracted after 30 days.

As part of the application procedure, you may then alsoactivate your Xpressbet account for wagering by depositing funds into theaccount. ‍In order to be eligible to receive aprize, the prize winner is obligated, and by entering agrees, to execute anAffidavit of Eligibility, General Release of Liability, Indemnity and PublicityConsent (where legal), which is to be returned to Sponsor within the indicated timeperiod. Non-compliance with this requirement or return of prize notification asundeliverable will result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, with analternate winner being selected from all remaining eligible entries receivedfor the drawing.By accepting the Grand Prize or aSecondary Prize, the winner agrees to the use of his or her name, voice, photo,biographical information and/or likeness for promotional/advertising/tradepurposes by Xpressbet or 1/ST BET and will be required to participate in suchpublicity communications as Xpressbet or 1/ST BET requests without furthercompensation, except where prohibited by law.

Nopurchase, wagering activity or entry fees required.
