Overview on redevelopments

Paddock Pointe // Redev

Paddock Pointe is currently under construction and will be a 63-acre, one-of-a-kind community featuring 1,000 residences, 650,000 square feet of commercial and 127,000 square feet of retail. It is conveniently located half way between both Washington, D.C. and Baltimore.

It will include stunning transitional designs with nearly 25 acres of open and recreational space, incorporating walking/biking trails, a dog park, community garden and kayak/canoe launch. The first phase of residential development opened in the summer of 2020 and the pace of sales has been outstanding. Subsequent phases are being planned for opening in early 2022.
