The value of one of our core racing assets has been strategically enhanced through the addition of a casino and a retail and office complex, with plans to add hotels, multi-family, and condominiums. The Casino at Gulfstream Park features more than 850 slot machines and electronic table games.

As one of South Florida’s newest outdoor shopping and entertainment destinations, The Village at Gulfstream Park offers shoppers and tourists alike a wide range of restaurants, nightclubs, fashion boutiques, and specialty stores. The iconic complex includes 150,000 square feet of office space and 375,000 square feet of lifestyle retail shops and restaurants. 

Famous for its Art Deco-style architecture and its stunning views of the majestic San Gabriel Mountains, Santa Anita Park is widely acclaimed as one of the most beautiful racetracks in the world. The track opened on Christmas Day in 1934 and in 2006, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places.

Known as “The Great Race Place,” Santa Anita Park is one of the world’s preeminent racetracks and a frequent host of the Breeders’ Cup World Championships. It is also considered one of the shrines of Thoroughbred horse racing. Santa Anita is situated on 305 acres of land approximately 14 miles northeast of Los Angeles, one of the largest markets in the US, and can accommodate up to 80,000 fans for live racing.
